ABC Screens (operated by We Fix Now Miami LLC, “ABC Screens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides sales, measurement, and professional installation of motorized screens, retractable screens, rolling screens, motorized awnings, and related products throughout South Florida.
By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or communicating with us by phone, text, email, or through our website (abcscreens.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All estimates are provided at no cost and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change after an estimate expires or if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the estimate visit.
Final pricing is confirmed in writing before installation begins. Any changes to scope of work requested after an estimate is accepted may result in a revised price, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment by phone or text. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.
Payment terms are outlined on your estimate or invoice. A deposit may be required before scheduling installation for custom or special-order products. Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to withhold warranty service on accounts with outstanding balances.
By providing your phone number to ABC Screens — whether through our website contact form, by calling us, or in person — you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from ABC Screens regarding your appointment, estimate, job status, and service follow-up.

Opting out will not affect your ability to receive service. We will not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts. All messages are related to a service request or relationship you have initiated with us.
ABC Screens provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. Warranty terms are specified on your invoice. Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer and are passed through to you.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abnormal weather conditions, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty service requests must be submitted within the warranty period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABC Screens’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
ABC Screens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or loss of business opportunity.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available at abcscreens.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
